Information we collect
We collect: email addresses (newsletter, contact form, clinic claims), IP addresses (spam prevention and approximate location for distance), cookies (analytics and preferences), and clinic-claim information submitted by clinic owners (name, role, contact details).
How we use information
To operate and improve the directory, match patients with nearby clinics, route appointment requests, send service communications you've opted into, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Resend (transactional email), Stripe (subscription billing for clinics), and Supabase (database and authentication). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every message or by contacting us.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember preferences (such as language and location). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Compliance
We aim to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
