The service
Canadian Dental Care is an independent directory of dental clinics. We provide information and connect patients with clinics; we do not provide dental or medical services.
User responsibilities
Clinic owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Patients are responsible for verifying details directly with clinics before treatment.
Subscriptions
Paid clinic plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard via the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us.
Intellectual property
Clinic data is aggregated from public sources and clinic owners; patient reviews belong to their authors. The Canadian Dental Care name, logo, and site design are our property and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are a directory and provide information "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for the quality of dental care, clinic conduct, or decisions made based on listings. Always consult a licensed dentist.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
Official domains
Official domains: canadiandentalcare.com (main website) and canadiandentalcare.ca (email and communications, including support@ and ron@). Any other domain claiming to represent Canadian Dental Care is fraudulent and should be reported to support@canadiandentalcare.ca.
