Cancelling or changing your subscription

You're in control of your subscription. From your dashboard, go to Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Billing is handled securely through the Stripe billing portal, where you can also update your payment method and view invoices.

If you cancel, your premium features remain active until the end of your current paid period — you won't lose access immediately, and you won't be charged again. Your clinic stays listed for free after that.

Switching tiers takes effect according to your billing cycle; the portal shows any prorated amounts before you confirm. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support if you have a billing concern.
